We are a fully functioning grooming salon on wheels. We come to you for a private grooming session with your pet. There are no kennels or other animals during the groom. Your dog/cat is groomed straight thru from start to finish, in less time than it would take at a grooming salon.
No, all we require is parking. Our vans are fully equipped with everything we need. We have a generator that provides power to the van and our own water and water heater, AC, etc.
Mobile grooming focuses on one pet at a time, while salons are able to take in multiple pets at once, allowing them to have lower prices. Mobile pricing also reflects the travel time to your home.
Every dog/cat is different. We will always try and do our best to get the groom done safely. If there is history of aggression, please let us know upon scheduling so we can schedule the appointment accordingly. Although we are successful with most, if at any point it becomes unsafe for the pet and/or groomer, we will stop and recommend trying a vet that may offer sedation and be a better fit.
Depending on services being performed, dogs breed and size, time may vary anywhere between 30 minutes up to 2.5 hours per pet.
We ask that you are home for the first appointment that way we are able to be introduced to your pet and can go over any concerns you have. We are also able to come when no one is home, as long as we have access to your pet and can bring them back inside.
We accept card, cash and check. Cards payments have a processing fee of 3.7% per transaction.
For dog grooming appointments, we tend to book out around 4-8 weeks and sometimes further during holidays.
Dog baths and cat appointments book around 2-4 weeks out.
With mobile, we recommend booking out your appointments in advance or getting on a reoccurring appointment slot.
Yes, we do have a cancellation list that we can add clients to incase anything opens up sooner than their appointment. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to get you in sooner, but we do reach out if anything opens up in your area.
We operate by appointments only. First appointment starting at 9am and latest appointment around 3-4pm.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call or text at 912-445-1422 as soon as possible, that way we can offer that appointment slot to another client.

We do not allow clients in the van while grooming due to insurance and liability issues. It can also be very distracting for the groomer and your pet to have someone else in the van.
Yes, we request an hour arrival window. With mobile it is very hard to predict an exact arrival time. We have this in place incase we are running ahead of schedule or slightly behind.
Tips are not required but always appreciated. Tips go 100% to the groomer.
We don't normal schedule appointments just for nails as our minimum stop fee is $100. But we are able to get you scheduled just for nail if requested.
Removing the bath does not reflect the price of the package. The bath and blow dry are an important part of the grooming process. The haircut quality is always best with a fresh bath and blow dry.
