Matted Pets
- Matted coats can cause a variety of skin and health problems.
- If your pet is matted, our groomer will assess the situation upon arrival and recommend the best course of action. We will never shave a pet without your explicit permission.
- Shaving out mats can sometimes reveal underlying skin conditions such as irritations, hematomas, or other issues that were previously hidden. If anything concerning is discovered during grooming, your groomer will inform you immediately.
Appointment Confirmation
As a mobile grooming service, it’s essential that we receive a response to our confirmation text or call prior to your appointment. Confirmation messages are sent out a couple of days in advance.
Please reply YES to confirm your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, reply NO or contact us directly by call or text.
If we do not receive a response to the first message, a second confirmation will be sent the following day. If there is still no response or communication, we will be forced to cancel the appointment.
Cancelation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- No Fee: There is no charge for cancellations made when responding to the confirmation text or call.
- Same-Day Cancellation: Canceling on the day of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total grooming cost, which must be paid to rebook.
- No Show: If we arrive and no one is available, or we are unable to retrieve your pet within 20 minutes, this will be considered a No Show. A No Show incurs a 100% fee of the total grooming cost to rebook.
After a No Show, future appointments must be prepaid to secure your spot.
