Matted coats can cause a variety of skin and health problems.
If your pet is matted, your groomer will recommend the best option when they arrive. We do not shave pets without permission. If we do not get your permission to shave, we will give your pet back and cancel the appointment.
Please be aware that shaving out matts can reveal skin irritations, hematomas and other skin issues. Anything concerning, your groomer will bring to your attention.
Appointment Confirmation
Since we are mobile and we come to you, it is very important that we receive an answer to our confirmation text or call. Confirmation text messages or calls are sent out a couple of days before your appointment. We ask that you reply YES to confirm your mobile grooming appointment. If you no longer want or able to keep the appointment, please reply NO or give us a call/text to cancel or reschedule.
If there was no response to the first confirmation text/call; the next day, another confirmation text/call will be sent out.
If there is no response to the second confirmation text/call, your appointment will be canceled.
Cancellations
We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
There is no fee/charge if you cancel when you receive the confirmation text/call.
If you cancel the DAY OF the appointment, there is a fee of 50% of your total groom price to rebook.
A No Show fee applies when we show up for the appointment and no one is available, or we cannot retrieve your pet within 20 minutes of arrival. A No Show fee is 100% of the total groom price to rebook. After a no show has occurred, all future appointments must be paid in advance to schedule.
